Nepal has hundreds of different ethnic groups and cultures that have lived together in peace and harmony for several centuries, making it a multicultural country. Italy has, directly and indirectly, contributed to the extension of the country's international cooperation, an example being the aid sent by the Bel Paese following the 2015 earthquake.
