Alberto Salvi

Alberto Salvi is currently nearing a master’s degree in international and Diplomatic Sciences, with a focus on Politics and International Security, at the University of Bologna.

He was already enthusiastic about international relations, security, and geopolitics at the Liceo Classico Vincenzo Monti in Cesena. In 2017 he participated in the High School Model United Nations project, promoted by the association Consules in Rome and then in New York City, obtaining the highest evaluation at the end of both experiences.

He has an excellent command of the English language; he has taught himself Spanish for work reasons and in his university career he obtained excellent marks in the French language exams.

He is currently Senior Researcher in the G.E.O Team, Area Defence&Security, of Mondo Internazionale. His main research interests are military and energy security, intelligence, international relations of the United States, MENA, and Southern Africa.

Alberto spends his free time practicing and following different sports, traveling, and reading.
