Gloria Marinsanti Rwakihembo has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and International Relations at the University of Rome La Sapienza and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Strategy and Management at the University of Roma Tre. Her background is the result of her passion for international political, economic and social affairs the need to develop concrete solutions through projects in the public and private sectors.
During her academic career, Gloria dedicates part of her time to volunteering at Save The Children Italy where she carries out fundraising activities, awareness raising meetings, conferences and Italian-English translations.
Gloria also pursues an internship at the Giovani nel Mondo Association, developing partnerships with national and international organizations and institutions, managing social media platforms and the publication of study and job offers as well as participating in the organization of the International Careers Festival 2019.
Gloria deepens her knowledge of Project Cycle Management at the Belgian-Italian Chamber of Commerce and the European Union offices in Brussels during the Project Management for Cooperation and Development course.
Working with different cultures is part of why Gloria is so passionate about the international field. After having obtained the recognition for academic research projects and country assessment with companies operating internationally, Gloria is now preparing a master's final dissertation in International Business addressing the issue of sustainability in the global value chain.
As Director for Strategic Planning of Mondo Internazionale, Gloria is responsible for the development and monitoring of the strategy for the growth of the Association by formulating marketing strategies and fundraising plans through participation in regional, national and international funding calls.
