Gloria Diana Marinsanti Rwakihembo
Gloria Diana Marinsanti Rwakihembo is a PhD candidate in Business Studies at the University of Roma Tre. Her research project focuses on business process innovation and sustainability (Business Process Management), with the aim of mitigating the impact of human activities on rural areas. She is a contract lecturer in International Business at the University of Roma Tre, a contract lecturer in Economics and Business Management at the University of Roma Tre, and a former visiting lecturer in Intercultural Management at Montpellier Business School in France. She was appointed Peace Ambassador at the WFWP 2023 Conference in Larnaca, Cyprus.
Her work with different cultures and customs stems from her fascination with international affairs. Interested in environmental, social, and economic sustainability issues, she earned a Master's Degree in Strategy and Management at the University of Roma Tre, following a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Rome La Sapienza. She also studied project management and grant management at the Belgian-Italian Chamber of Commerce in Brussels. Throughout her academic career, she has worked in fundraising, advocacy, and translation at Save The Children.
She has worked on institutional relations and the organisation of international events at the Youth in the World Association. At Mondo Internazionale, she has contributed to the development of the association's strategic plan, project management, and people management.
In 2022, she contributed to the foundation of Mondo Internazionale APS as part of the Association's Steering Committee, aiming to develop an international cooperation network of young academics and professionals.
Currently, as Secretary General of Mondo Internazionale APS, she is responsible for managing the Association's Secretariat, providing guidelines to the eight administrative teams, including Treasury and Grant Management, External Relations and International Coordination, Human Resources, Legal Advice, Communication and Marketing, General Management, Editorial Management, and Secretariat and Coordination.
