Rachele Colombo enrolls in the faculty of Language Mediation and Intercultural Communication at the University of Milan, where she specializes in English and Russian languages. After completing her Bachelor’s Degree, she enrolls in the faculty of Languages and Cultures for International Communication and Cooperation, refining her English and Russian knowledge. During her academic career, she attends a semester-long international program at Peter the Great Polytechnic University in Saint Petersburg, two summer schools in Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod, and works as an intern at the Hermitage State Museum in Saint Petersburg. After her graduation, she takes part as an English teacher in a project organized by AIESEC International Georgia, in Tbilisi. Her keen interest in post-Soviet area languages, history, and culture leads her to travel not only through Russia, but also Caucasus and Central Asia, in order to better understand this multifaceted region.
Thanks to her interest in international relations, and in particular the CIS region, she joins Mondo Internazionale in the role of Assistant of International Activities for Russia, Caucasus and Central Asia region.
