Andrea Dragone

Andrea Dragone received his master’s degree in International Relations – International Conflict, Strategic Studies and Foreign Policy Analysis – from the University of Perugia in July 2024.

Previously, he earned his bachelor's degree in Investigation and Security Science from the University of Perugia.

His main interests in academia are in International Relations, diplomacy, geopolitics and security studies. Particularly fascinated by the regional dynamics of Central Asia, he focused his master’s thesis on the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the impacts of Central Asian regionalism on the international liberal order and global governance system.

Andrea contributes as a Junior Researcher for the Defence&Security reference area within Mondo Internazionale G.E.O..
