Emma Guarnaschelli

Emma Guarnaschelli was born in Broni, in 1998.

She has always been passionate about foreign cultures and languages, especially Eastern ones, and about cultural diplomacy. She earned a bachelor's degree in Linguistic Sciences for International Relations and then a master's degree in Politics for International Development Cooperation at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan.

During her years of specialization, she became interested in the Geoeconomics of China, especially the Belt and Road Initiative. This later gave her the impetus to successfully defend a dissertation entitled "China's cultural diplomacy: sustainability and cultural heritage preservation. The case study of Dunhuang."

Within “Mondo Internazionale”, she has held the position of Assistant for the External Affairs and International Activities since January 2023.
