Joël Billy Konko

Joël Billy Konko, originally from Côte d’Ivoire, works at the intersection of trade, consulting and human resources management. Trained as a commodities trader, he also holds a qualification in Human Resources Management and is a member of the network of the National Council of the Order of Human Resources of Côte d’Ivoire (CONORHCI).

With a broad and versatile background, he serves as Chief Operating Officer at Chalidev GROUP, a consulting company active in several sectors, including professional intermediation, representation, trade, real estate, construction and public works (BTP), as well as hospitality and tourism. In this role, he contributes to the structuring, development and performance of the company’s activities, leveraging his skills in management, negotiation and organisational coordination.

Within Mondo Internazionale APS, he is a member of the International Steering Committee and collaborates on the Association’s activities in Côte d’Ivoire through the partner organisation Mondo Internazionale Côte d’Ivoire, supporting the local development of projects and the strengthening of institutional relations in the country.
