Alessia Boni

Alessia is originally from Modena, Emilia Romagna, Italy. She was born on the 13 th of June 1998. She has a deep passion for international politics, economics, diplomacy, environmental and human rights issues.

Alessia has obtained a bachelor’s degree in international relations and foreign languages, with a semester spent as an exchange student for the Overseas program in Argentina at Universidad Austral de Buenos Aires. Afterwards, she obtained a master’s degree in European Studies at Ca’ Foscari University in Venice while attending the 55° master Corce in business internationalization and export management at the Italian Trade and Investment Agency in Rome.

Alessia has carried out an internship in Seville, Spain, as researcher and, last year, she undertook an internship in Copenhagen, Denmark, for a business and human rights consultancy company, ensuring compliance with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) and the OECD Guidelines.

She travelled different countries and developed a strong interest for multicultural environments. Moreover, she created strong friendship bonds during her travels.

In her free time, she enjoys reading biographies and Latin American literature, watching documentaries and anime, hanging out with friends, and chilling at the sea whenever possible.
