Andrea Guaccio
Andrea Guaccio is 25 years old. He studies Law at the European University of Rome and, at the same time, Political Science at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. Studying both subjects has led him to see the economy as the place where law, institutions and society meet: the rules that govern markets, public policy choices and the changes brought by technological innovation. In 2024 he successfully completed the Impact Course at Enrico Letta's School of Politics, in collaboration with the Polytechnic University of Turin, an experience that brought him closer to the relationship between politics and innovation. In 2025 he received a scholarship for the Advanced School of Political Training at the Sturzo Institute, and he writes for the magazine of the Connessioni foundation. He has always been interested in social and media processes, and he often thinks about how economic and technological development changes people's lives and their participation in public life. He also explores these questions through the social teaching of the Catholic Church and its idea of an economy that serves the person. At Mondo Internazionale he serves as Staff Writer for the thematic area Economics and Innovation.
