Chiara Merlin

Chiara Merlin was born in Bosa, a town in central Sardinia in 2002. After graduating from high school, she enrolled at the University of Bologna, in the International and Diplomatic Sciences curriculum where she currently attends.

Her interests range from politics to human rights, thanks to the experiences she has gained over time such as: cultural exchanges (including a semester in Argentina), UN simulations, the creation of a project financed by Erasmus+, internships within a start-up company, voluntary work experiences that have shaped her not only culturally, but also from a human point of view, and extra university courses on globalisation and marketing.

Her knowledge of languages has been nurtured over time thanks to language courses on English, French and Spanish.

The desire and curiosity to engage in a serious project led her to decide to join G.E.O. as a Junior Researcher in the Politics section.
