Francesca De Carolis

Francesca De Carolis was born in Frosinone and grew up in the countryside of Ciociaria, later broadening her personal and professional horizons in North Africa and the Middle East, driven by her passion for the Arabic language. After earning a Master’s degree in Languages and Intercultural Communication in the Euro- Mediterranean Area from L’Orientale University of Naples, she gained professional experience in the fields of migration, geopolitical analysis, and international cooperation, working in complex environments such as Egypt and Jordan. She is deeply passionate about the Arab and Islamic world and is strongly committed to promoting social justice and fundamental human rights. At Mondo Internazionale, Francesca De Carolis serves as Senior Researcher in the Defense and Security Division.
