Giorgia Filippucci

Giorgia Filippucci holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Perugia and is currently completing her Master’s degree in International Relations and Development Cooperation at the University for Foreigners of Perugia. Driven by a genuine curiosity about the world, her research focuses on human rights, geopolitics, and migration, fields she has further explored through various activities with UNICEF and Oxfam.

Her background combines rigorous academic training with a creative and cosmopolitan perspective gained in the field, from a university exchange in Prague to a role as Project Manager Assistant for Erasmus projects in Cyprus, as well as an experience in Brussels at the Umbria Region Office, in direct contact with European institutions.

Guided by the conviction that careful analysis is essential to understanding the complexity of the present, Giorgia joins the Mondo Internazionale Post team as a Staff Writer for the Society thematic area.
