Giulia Surianello
Giulia Surianello, born in Florence in 2003, has always considered herself a “citizen of the
world.” Driven by a deep passion for languages and cultural exchange, she has cultivated
from an early age the desire to combine learning with action. Convinced that academic
knowledge should translate into social impact, she began participating in youth initiatives
and volunteering activities already during high school. She is currently an activist for
Amnesty International and collaborates with the Food Bank of Tuscany. During her
undergraduate studies in Political Science at the University of Florence, she had the
opportunity to enrich her academic path in international settings: she studied at Université
Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in Paris, where she deepened her knowledge of French, and at
the Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas of the University of Lisbon. She also
completed an internship at the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Portugal, applying her
Portuguese language skills in a professional context.
Giulia is a curious and highly motivated student, constantly seeking new challenges and
opportunities for growth.
At Mondo Internazionale, she serves as Human Rights Author and is responsible for
managing the social media pages of MI Post.
