Marta Laino

Marta Laino holds a Bachelor’s degree in foreign Languages and Literatures from the University of Bologna, where she focused on Arabic and French, and has recently completed a Master’s degree in Languages, Economics and Politics of Arab Countries, developing a strong interest in geopolitics and diplomacy.

During her academic path, she specialized in Arabic language studies, with particular attention to the translation and analysis of political, legal and economic content. Her thesis focused on the evolution of family law in Morocco and its impact on the legal and social status of minors, with a focus on the 2004 Mudawwana reform and ongoing revision prospects.

She has also gained experience in working with and analysing international sources, with a focus on the SWANA region, complemented by several experiences abroad, including in the Middle East and Latin America, which have strengthened her intercultural perspective.
