Martina Iaboni

Martina Iaboni is a third-year student in International Relations and European Institutions, specialising in International Organisations and Institutions, at the University of Milan.
During her academic studies she attended a seminar about the role of NATO in global security and she developed a keen interest in history, geopolitics, human rights and conflict resolution.
Her interest in international affairs began in high school as she took part in a Model United Nations project as a member of the delegation of Cyprus whose aim was to represent and defend the interests of the country regarding the prohibition of chemical weapons.

At Mondo Internazionale POST she serves as Staff Writer for the Framing The World section, where she writes about current affairs through a geopolitical and historical lens.
