Stefania Madera
Stefania Madera, born in 2002, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science of Linguistic Mediation, specializing in Linguistic Mediation and Intercultural Negotiation degree at SSML Carlo Bo in Florence. Her bachelor's thesis focused on translation analysis of two novels written by Spanish author Carlos Ruiz Zafón both belonging to the tetralogy The Cemetery of forgotten books. She then pursued a Master’s degree in Conference Interpreting at SSML of Pisa.
A lifelong lover of books and naturally curious, throughout her study she had the opportunity to develop and strengthen knowledge and skills in the field of translation and interpreting, working with technical and conference materials and exploring topics such as the environment, sociology, contemporary art, international organizations and many other fields.
Another characteristic that has always distinguished her is her - perhaps slightly excessive - attention to written mistakes. It therefore comes as no surprise that, since August 2026, Stefania holds the role of Copy Editor of Mondo Internazionale Post.
