On March 28–29, 2026, Chiara Merlin, Member of the Steering Committee and Deputy Managing Editor of Mondo Internazionale Post, took part in the General Assembly of the National Youth Council (CNG) as an official delegate, representing Mondo Internazionale APS as an observer member.
The General Assembly brought together youth organizations and national stakeholders for two days of institutional dialogue, strategic reflection, and coordinated planning. The sessions focused on the priorities of younger generations and defined the main guidelines that will orient the Council’s work over the upcoming three‑year period.
The programme included several high‑level contributions, among which the intervention of Andrea Abodi, Minister for Sport and Youth, who offered valuable insights on national youth policies and on the importance of strengthening young people’s participation in decision‑making processes.
For Mondo Internazionale APS, the event represented an important opportunity to contribute to the national conversation on youth engagement, reinforce institutional cooperation, and reaffirm its commitment to supporting the active role of young people in society.
