This week, Mondo Internazionale APS had the honour of representing Italy at the prestigious European Charlemagne Youth Prize Ceremony, promoted by the European Parliament and the Karlspreis Europa Foundation. The Association received the European Charlemagne National Youth Prize 2024 for “EuropEasy – Conoscere l’Europa”, a project designed to explain Europe in a simple and accessible way, fostering understanding among countries on key themes such as gender equality, energy, environment, security, economy, society and politics.
In a time marked by international tensions, the ceremony highlighted the essential role of cultural diplomacy in building strong ties between nations and supporting economic and social development. The recognition awarded to Mondo Internazionale APS reflects the value of its commitment to promoting European awareness and intercultural dialogue.
Gratitude was expressed to the European Parliament in Italy for this important acknowledgment. The award also celebrates the collective work of the many contributors involved in the EuropEasy project, representing the broader mission and dedication of Mondo Internazionale APS.
