Dott. Vincenzo Scuotto

HR manager and strategic advisor, Vincenzo Scuotto is responsible Giovani of the Associazione Italiana Direttori del Personale Lombardia and Senior Fellow of the Atlantic Treaty Association. Previously, he has been Head of strategic HR planning and management control of a primary Italian system integrator and national staff member of the European Association of International Studies.

UN Association of Italy member, Political Sciences graduate, Dott. Scuotto took a Second Level Master course in Intelligence and National Security with HR major at the Link Campus University, an executive course in general management at MIP-Politecnico di Milano, a master course for Terzo Settore managers at CiesseVi. He has been Collegio di Milano resident student, inter-university campus for the education of outstanding students of the seven Università Milanesi founded by Aspen Institute.

Dott. Scuotto is President of Collegio di Milano alumni, Presidente of the Associazione Nazionale Partigiani d'Italia Milano Monforte-Porta Venezia and President of the Association of civic education ICO - Learning by giving Opportunities.
