Francesco Ancona

Francesco Ancona holds a Master's degree in International Relations, specialising in International Politics and Regional Dynamics and focusing on South East Asia, and a Bachelor's degree in International Sciences and European Institutions, both obtained from the Università degli Studi di Milano. In 2022 he obtained the ISPI Diploma in "Geopolitics and International Security". 

In 2021, he started his collaboration with Mondo Internazionale Post as an author for the "Framing the World" section, writing several articles on Afghanistan, China, the Middle East, and NATO. Since 2022, Francesco has been a Junior Researcher in the Defence and Security area of Mondo Internazionale G.E.O. He focuses his research on the security of the Arctic region, the development and deployment of autonomous weapon systems, Artificial Intelligence, and International Humanitarian Law.
