Leandro Lodi

Leandro Lodi is a graduate in clinical psychology, having earned his degree from the prestigious Sigmund Freud University in Milan. Throughout his academic journey, he developed a strong interest in human resources, drawn to the complexity and variety of psychological dynamics that influence both individual and organizational behavior. To further deepen this passion, he participated in numerous specialized courses, equipping himself with specific skills in the field. In March 2024, he joined Mondo Internazionale as a Human Resources Representative, where he began applying his knowledge and abilities. In addition to this role, Leandro is also a clinical psychologist and sexual consultant, dedicated to providing support to those facing personal and relational challenges. After gaining valuable experience in an international context, Leandro Lodi became the Director of Human Resources at Mondo Internazionale, a position that reflects his professional growth and commitment to the field.
