Michele Pavan
Michele Pavan is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of MInter Group S.r.l., Founder and President of Mondo Internazionale APS ETS, and a Member of the Technical and Scientific Committee of CESMA – the "Giulio Douhet" Center for Military Aeronautical Studies, with a focus on Military Policy, particularly in the use of satellite technologies and drones. Additionally, he specializes in geostrategic and intelligence analysis for institutions and international organizations, both in Italy and abroad, serving as an Intelligence & Security Advisor for Travel Security and Crisis Prevention activities, particularly in Africa and the Middle East. He is also a lecturer in several university master's programs and specialized courses. Until February 2025, he served as the CEO of CUAS GROUP S.r.l. and was a Lecturer and Scientific Coordinator at LUM School of Management in Milan for various master's programs on diplomacy, European careers, and geopolitics.
He earned a degree in International Relations – Diplomacy and International Organizations from the University of Milan, specializing in crisis prevention and foreign policy analysis, with a particular focus on Sub-Saharan Africa and the MENA region (Middle East and North Africa). His research concentrated on the experimental study of preventive factors, categorized as static and dynamic, which indicate the evolution of a crisis context, assessing risks and different variables. He later obtained an executive master's diploma from SIOI – the Italian Society for International Organization in Economic Security, Geopolitics, and Intelligence. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Niccolò Cusano University.
He has held the role of Director for International Relations and National Activities at the European Association for International Studies.
He has organized and participated in numerous meetings related to crisis prevention, drone usage, and international security at NATO headquarters and its affiliated agencies, the United Nations in New York and Geneva, the Pentagon, the U.S. Department of State, the Permanent Mission of Italy to the United Nations and the European Union, the U.S. Embassy in Italy, the Embassy of Italy to the Holy See, the Embassy of Italy to the United States, the Italian Consulate in St. Petersburg, the Apostolic Nunciature in the United States, the European Union, the CASD (Centre for Higher Defence Studies), the Diplomatic Institute Villa Madama, the Holy See, Palazzo San Macuto, the European Commission, the European Parliament, the NATO JFC Command, MGIMO University, Saint Petersburg State University of Economics, American University, George Washington University, and numerous other prestigious institutions.
