Valeria D’Alessandro

Valeria D'Alessandro graduated in Cultural and Linguistic Mediation at the University of Naples "L'Orientale." She is currently on the verge of completing her Master's degree in Translation at the University of Turin, focusing on translating a Portuguese play called "Turismo" into Italian for her thesis. As a novice translator, she is deeply passionate about languages and has had the opportunity to immerse herself in this passion through volunteering and studying abroad as part of the EU mobility program.

Her working languages are English and Portuguese. Beyond her enthusiasm for languages and linguistics, she is also keenly interested in audiovisual translation, geopolitics, journalism, and nature.

Presently, she is collaborating with Mondo Internazionale Post as Translator.
