On June 5th in Rome, IDI International hosted the event “Global Visions and National Strategies: the Mattei Plan’s Contribution to Africa”, organized in collaboration with Mondo Internazionale APS.
The discussion focused on the progress made and the goals still to be achieved to promote sustainable and inclusive development in Africa, aligned with the 2030 Agenda SDGs.
During his intervention, Michele Pavan, President of Mondo Internazionale APS, emphasized the crucial importance of Cultural Diplomacy as a strategic tool to build solid cooperation frameworks, support economic and social development, and strengthen dialogue between States.
The event offered a high‑level platform to reflect on the future of the Mattei Plan and the opportunities for international collaboration with the African continent.
