Ludovica Chiappini

Holding a master's degree in Political Science, with a specialization in Government and Public Policy from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and a master's degree in Law, with a specialization in corporate and tax law from Paris II-Panthéon-Assas University in Paris, Ludovica has worked in the public sector, at the Ministry of Economic Development in Rome and the European Economic and Social Committee in Brussels, and in the nonprofit sector. Today, she serves as legal affairs, compliance, and sustainability officer at G.C.F. GENERALI COSTRUZIONI FERROVIARIE S.P.A. in Paris. She provides legal advice, risk management and leads the ethics program and sustainability reporting.

Ludovica regularly conducts socio-economic-legal researches and analyses. Her work focuses on business and human rights, corporate social responsibility, inclusive corporate governance (transformational governance), just transition, and sustainable development goals.

Finally, Ludovica is also a member of the French Association of in-house legal counsel's compliance committee and does volunteer work in human rights education.

In Mondo Internazionale she holds the position of Head Researcher in G.E.O.'s Political Division.
